The full name of the shock wave therapy device is pneumatic ballistic shock wave therapy device. It uses an air compression unit to compress air, driving the "projectile" inside the barrel to move at high speed. This projectile impacts the treatment probe, generating shock waves that are transmitted into the tissues. During treatment, it releases energy and produces a series of effects—including cavitation effect, stress effect, analgesic effect, and metabolic activation effect—to stimulate the body's self-repair mechanism. Shock waves can effectively relieve pain, with noticeable relief after 1-2 sessions. The typical treatment regimen is 1-2 times per week, about 4-6 minutes per treatment area, and 3-5 sessions form a course of treatment. As a non-invasive therapy, the treatment process is accompanied by tolerable pain and soreness. Better therapeutic outcomes can be achieved with appropriate functional exercises after treatment.

Three types of treatment probes are available, suitable for different treatment areas.
Comes with 49 built-in treatment protocols, enabling more efficient and time-saving operation.
Powerful patient management system that can store patient medical records and support Chinese input.
Optional foot switch for a more convenient and effortless treatment process.
The treatment handle has a service life of over 2 million times.
Safe dual overpressure protection function for the air circuit.
7-inch high-definition LCD touch screen with a simple and intuitive operation interface, featuring clear functions at a glance.
Internationally advanced components such as air pumps and valves, ensuring low noise, low vibration and long service life.
The treatment handle is equipped with buttons and a display screen, allowing direct parameter adjustment without operating the main unit.
Three treatment modes available: continuous, stepwise and single-pulse.

03 Clinical Indications and Contraindications

Low back pain, such as lumbar muscle strain, fasciitis, trochanteric bursitis, etc.
Enthesopathy, such as pain in the patellar tendon and Achilles tendon, medial tibial stress syndrome.
Heel pain, such as calcaneodynia, plantar fasciitis, calcaneal hypertension, calcaneal bursitis.
Prohibited in the acute phase: Nonunion caused by acute infection; Patients with nonunion and bone defect exceeding 2cm; Patients with tendon/fascia rupture or severe injury; Patients with joint fluid leakage.
Shock wave focus located in brain or spinal cord tissue, along major blood vessels or important nerve trunks, or in lung tissue.
Patients after surgery or with acute gout attack.
Patients with hemorrhagic diseases (such as hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency, coagulation disorders caused by severe liver disease) who are not cured—use is prohibited to avoid bleeding in the treatment area.
