(I) Suspension Technology PEM™ International Course Training

Training Content:

In the early 1990s, Norwegian physiotherapists developed a series of innovative training concepts and principles based on extensive biomechanical research, establishing the Suspension Exercise Therapy (S-E-T) system. Initially applied extensively for musculoskeletal disorders—particularly chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain—to achieve lasting improvements, it has since expanded to treat stroke and neurological conditions, pediatric developmental training, and health/fitness enhancement.

With the recent proliferation of suspension technology in clinical rehabilitation practice across China, systematic and standardized application has gained critical importance. Consequently, we introduced the PEM™ International Course from Norway. This course emphasizes clinical application and includes dedicated modules for clinical case analysis.

The PEM™ International Course integrates theoretical instruction and physical exercise to stimulate and strengthen the muscular and neuromuscular systems, optimize movement patterns, and refine motor control skills. It aims to train professional therapists in suspension principles to achieve superior rehabilitation outcomes and physical performance.

(II) Rhythmic Vibration Chiropractic Technique International Course Training

Training Content:

Chiropractic medicine applies specialized manual techniques from a biomechanical perspective to adjust cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and pelvic joints, intervertebral discs, and spinal soft tissues affected by strain, stiffness, or degenerative changes. This restores biomechanical balance within the spine and resolves pathological alterations in peri-spinal soft tissues caused by acute/chronic injuries, thereby regulating external biomechanical equilibrium and harmonizing Qi-Blood and Yin-Yang balance. The training employs a rhythmic vibration mobilization therapy system with manual adjustment tables—a widely adopted, evidence-based chiropractic method internationally—to train therapists in mastering diverse chiropractic techniques for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

(III) Comprehensive Hydrotherapy International Course Training

Training Content:

In recent years, with the increasing application of hydrotherapy across rehabilitation, sports, geriatrics, and fitness sectors—and the publication of the 3rd Chinese Edition of Comprehensive Hydrotherapy in March 2015—hydrotherapy has rapidly developed and been widely adopted in China, achieving exceptional results in rehabilitation and training. Concurrently, there is a growing demand for comprehensive and systematic training among hydrotherapy practitioners. This course provides professionals and enthusiasts with theoretical and practical curricula, alongside opportunities for direct communication with internationally renowned hydrotherapy experts.
